Who: ALL Band and Color Guard Students
When: Any ONE of the following dates: July 3, 19 or 31, 2010 (see calendar)
Where: PHHS Room 602
What to Bring:

Turn in ALL your completed FORMS (more to be available online begining the week of July 9)

Check or Money order for $100.00 payable to "Spirit of 76 Boosters" (goes toward your Participant Expense - comprised of Permissible Student Expenses)
-
Completed order form and Money for any Patriot Pack Selections (form available online using the link above)

Bottle of water
-
Your instrument for Band Chair Audition (sight reading and scales)
| Make-up Registration Time Announced! Aug. 16, 2010 from 4 - 8 pm
Out of the country ALL of those dates??
Contact Mr. Kalal ASAP to make special arrangements as attendance at any ONE of these dates is mandatory.
