Continual Parental support and encouragement are essential ingredients to your student's success. Help your student to achieve goals and meet expectations!

  • Student attendance is important-Please don't allow students to miss school.
  • Attend as many performances as possible.
  • Encourage private practice outside of regular group rehearsals.
  • Listen to your child play at home (its LIVE music!).
  • Provide for private instruction if at all possible.
  • Come to the monthly parent booster meetings.
  • Become an active part of the boosters.
  • Volunteering is a great way to be involved.

Show up and lend a hand whenever you can!   Your help is always appreciated!!

PHHS Marching Patriot Parents:

On a date yet to be announced we will be holding a meeting for all parents who plan to chaperone or help in any other way at competitions this year. We will be discussing what is expected of parent volunteers and answering questions for those who are unfamiliar with how competitions work. The meeting will be in the Instrumental Music room.

All parents who will be helping need to complete a Volunteer packet which includes a background check and TB test. This is mandated by the school district.   Packets will be available at the meeting.  The school nurse will be available, at a time to be determined, to do the TB tests and then a week later at the same times to check the results.
