WHERE: Patrick Henry High School Band Room (rm. 602), Gym & Parking Lot
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING EACH DAY: Wear Comfortable flat-soled shoes for marching and comfortable clothes you can move around in, bring your instrument/equipment, lyre, flip folder, a pencil, snacks, WATER in a reusable 1 quart container marked with your name. NO Flip-Flops! Wear a belt so that your pants or shorts aren't falling down!
WHAT: The purpose of this workshop is to prepare us to be successful in our first performances of the year and to be ready to compete with some of the best bands in San Diego and Southern California. We need to be fully prepared so that we can add on to last year's major successes. We will start to learn drill during the second week of the workshop! When we get to the first week of school, we will be in full stride in rehearsals. The workshop prepares us for all of this! It is going to be a very exciting season!
