2010 Summer Symphony Pops in Allied Gardens Park

We will have a booth at the concert in the park in Allied Gardens this Sunday July 11, 2010. The Tifereth Israel Community Orchestra will perform at 7pm and we are looking for volunteers to help out at our booth selling drinks and other items. 4th of July at the Lake Murray Festival!!!
Patrick Henry Instrumental Music & Color Guard Families, Come join in our first general fundraiser for the 2009-2010 school year. We are collecting trash and recycling from 12noon to 10pm and we need your help. The kids who help out will get credit for working one of their required general fund raisers for the year. We will have five 2 hour shifts. Incoming Freshman are welcome to participate!
We need one parent during each shift to drive the golf cart and kids to collect the trash/recycling. We also need kids at the trailer sorting through the recycling. If you can help us for any of the following shifts, let us know. The more help we have in each slot, the easier the work will be.

4th of July at the Lake Murray Festival!!!
Thank you to all of the students and adults who helped out at Lake Murray on the 4th of July for our first fundraiser of the 2009-2010 school year. Everyone involved sacrificed all or part of their Independence Day Holiday to collect trash and then sort out the recyclables. Shifts went from noon until after midnight with several people staying the entire time, they were really a dedicated group. Thanks to Mr. K for providing a great fundraising opportunity.
We'll keep you posted on additional fundraising events for this summer as they are scheduled.
