The Current
Band Uniforms
First Premiered
Fall 2001
Between 1999 and 2000, two Patriot music parents, Barbara Kabes and Suzi Stone, took the initiative to lead many parents and students to raise $50,000 to replace 26 year old band uniforms. The hard work paid off through donations and fund-raisers, and in the Fall of 2001, the Marching Patriots premiered the new uniforms.
The new uniforms are based on the Patriot look of the old uniforms, but with more accents and a simpler, one-piece jacket design instead of the five-piece, plain design of the old jacket. The uniform changes were designed by Matthew Kalal, and the uniforms were manufactured by the Demoulin Uniform Company.
Many thanks to Barb, Suzi, parents, students and the following donors who have helped the Patrick Henry High School Marching Patriots perform in new Marching Band Uniforms after 26 Years!!
